Where is Document Information added in a Transit Declaration?

In addition to common previous documents and common produced documents, common transport documents and common additional reference documents can be entered on a transit declaration at header level. 

To enter this information at header level:

• Select the Doc. types tab. 
  
• Locate the required section of Common Transport documents or Common Additional reference documents and click the New button to add details as necessary.
  

Transport documents and additional reference documents can also be added at item level or house consignment level.

• For item level: from the Items tab, open the item and choose the Doc. types tab. 
  
• For house consignment level: from the Items tab, locate the House consignments section. Open the house consignment, then select the Doc. types tab. 
  
• Locate the required section of Transport documents or Additional reference documents and click the New button to enter the required data.
