If you have not activated your AEB account for your nXt solution in time, you will receive an error message when you open the confirmation link.
Request for the confirmation link to be sent to you again.
- Open the login page for your nXt solution.
- Enter the email address of your AEB account.
- Click Forgot password?
- Confirm your email address and click Submit.
- You will receive an email with a link to change your password. The link will remain valid for 15 minutes.
- Please note that the email may also be in your spam or junk mailbox.
- Click the link in the email.
- Enter a new password, re-enter to confirm, then click Change password.
Once you have completed the process, your account will be activated and you will be able to use your AEB account.
- Please note that accounts that were not activated for more than 30 days will be automatically deleted. In this case, contact AEB Support.
