Everything is always available on the Internet. Almost right... What does this exactly mean for the various AEB cloud applications?
In principle, the AEB Cloud - i.e. AEB's customer computer center in Stuttgart - is available around the clock. To be more precise: AEB guarantees a standard availability of at least 99% from Monday to Sunday.
This does not include the announced maintenance work.
- The status page informs you about planned maintenance work.
- This Service Level Agreement (SLA) can be individually extended.
Irrespective of the technical availability of the AEB Cloud, AEB's support team is available Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. (CET) (excluding national holidays).
Every AEB service is described in this way: There are service items that are available in the standard scope of services, and individual, chargeable extensions that you can obtain information about from your AEB representative, if required.
