PoUS - Proof of Union Status

PoUS is an electronic system provided for in the UCC to prove the Union character of goods. From 1 March 2024, it will replace the T2L and T2LF transit documents.  In a second phase, from 2 June 2025, goods manifests serving as proof of status will also be processed via the IT system. Simplifications are planned for companies for Authorized Issuer of proofs.
