First steps in the AEB Help Center

The Help Center has been available since June 1, 2020. It is designed to support you in your daily work with AEB applications. The following brief overview will help you with your first steps in the Help Center:

Quick search

The quick search searches the article headings and suggests possible articles based on your search entry.

Search results

Confirm your entry in the search field with Enter to get a list of articles that also contain the search terms in the article content.

• Export Filing: CHIEF (easy mode)

You will find help in the Help Center on how to submit export declarations in the cloud-based application Export Filing: CHIEF (easy mode).

• Import Filing: CHIEF/CDS

In addition, the Help Center provides information on filing import declarations in the cloud-based application Import Filing: CHIEF/CDS.

• Export Filing: ATLAS

Currently only in German, you will also find help for working with Export Filing: ATLAS. You can change the language in the footer of this page.

• AEB Glossary

Here AEB explains technical terms from foreign trade & logistics and, very recently, also terms relevant for Brexit.
