In order to respond to your login or new password request as quickly as possible, enter a request and complete the application details:
Cloud application
Do you need access to an application in AEB's data center?
This task can be taken over by a colleague who already has user administration rights. You can read how to apply for them in the article Managing login data yourself.
This may concern e.g. Export Filing: ATLAS, Import Filing: ATLAS, EMCS Filing, or Compliance Screening.
Alternatively, AEB Support takes over this task.
For a new installation:
A colleague initially enters your data, as described in this article within the application under Master data – Persons, or alternatively in the Employees sheet of the Companies master data entry. Then complete the Request form by entering
- your desired user name
- optionally a reference user for authorizations
- your client or the URL of your application (you can find it at the top in the browser bar)
Reset password:
- You can use the Forgot your password? button to reset your password yourself.

ASSIST4
If you are working with ASSIST4, please contact AEB Support via the Contact form to create a new login, change passwords, or disconnect existing sessions if necessary.
For a new installation:
- your desired user name
- mandatory reference user for authorizations
- Whether additional Citrix access is required
Reset passwords or disconnect sessions:
- Your login or user name
Is it really about an ASSIST4 login or is it about access via Citrix? Depending on your system environment access administration may vary.
Citrix
In some system environments, you use Citrix to log in to your application. Please contact AEB Support via the Contact form to create a new login, change passwords, or disconnect existing sessions if necessary.
For a new installation:
- Enter your desired user name in the request form.
Reset or reactivate password
- Enter your Citrix user in the request form.
Help Center
To submit an individual request to AEB Support via the Help Center, simply use Submit request. Just enter your e-mail address in the form. However, if you register, you can use the Help Center as a central portal for getting an overview and communicating about your requests.
If you have forgotten your password for the Help Center, use the Forgot my password button.
Service Portal
At AEB's Service Portal you can download service packs and product documentation about AEB applications.
Creating a new login
For a new login, fill in the request form and specify your company name and location.
The details do not match your requirements?
Then describe as precisely as possible in the request form what kind of login you need from AEB.
