For security reasons, the AEB applications in the data center require regular password changes. If your browser settings allow passwords to be saved, it will prevent you from logging in as soon as your password is reset.
If your password has changed and on login to the application you receive the error “Invalid client, user name or password” despite correct entries, this may be due to saved passwords. If you continue to receive this error message after deleting the browser cache using Ctrl + Shift (up arrow) + Del, this may be due to the browser's password management.
In order to continue working smoothly after a password change, delete the passwords for AEB applications stored in your browser settings.
- Depending on the browser used, password management settings are usually accessible from the web address bar. There may be a key icon or more options menu (3 dots or 3 horizontal lines) where you can manage any stored passwords.
- Passwords that are stored in the browser for the web or URL address “rz3.aeb.de” should be deleted to prevent problems with regular password changes.
- After removing the stored password, return to the login screen of your application and update the view if necessary.
