If an internal error "Missing Participant settings for the company ‘company name’" is displayed when trying to submit a declaration, the messaging route may be incorrect for the selected declarant.
Ensure that the messaging route is set to use a valid badge that is configured for the specified declarant.
- Select the declaration and click Open.
- Check that the messaging route is correct. The declarant selected must have the appropriate badge for the messaging route specified.
