Searching for and filtering export declarations

Proceed as follows to search for export declarations:

1. Go to your Desktop.
2. In the Search widget, enter a consignee name and adjust the search period according to your needs.
3. Click Search.
   • The Export declarations (UK) overview is opened, showing all declarations that meet your selected criteria.

Proceed as follows to filter your export declarations:

1. Go to your Desktop.
2. In the My export declarations widget, you can see your pool of export declarations filtered according to their different status. The different colors show you where immediate action is required.
3. Choose one of the status by clicking on the respective link.
   • The Export declarations (UK) overview is opened, displaying all declarations in the selected status.
4. Open an export declaration from the list.
   • Alternatively, go to Office – Customs – United Kingdom - Export declarations (UK) and define one or more filter criteria in the overview. Use the Show more link to display more filter options.
