Duplicating export declarations

You can duplicate or copy existing export declarations. Most of the data of the original export declaration is copied to the duplicate. The following reference numbers are not copied, for example:

• Commercial reference
• MRN

Proceed as follows:

1. Go to the My export declarations widget on your Desktop and select the link Show me all declarations.
   • The Export declarations overview (UK) is displayed.
2. From the overview, select an export declaration, and use the shortcut CTRL+ALT+D.
3. Confirm the prompt.
   • The copy of the selected export declaration appears as a new export declaration with the status of New.
4. Check the existing data and make any necessary changes. Follow the prompts of the Assistant to enter the remaining data.
