Navigating through your export declaration
Your export declaration in the easy mode consists of 3 different sheets:
- On the Your declaration sheet, you can edit your declaration data, add items, and process customs messages. The status bar at the top helps you keep track of the declaration progress.
- The Customs response sheet provides you with all information received from customs, such as the Movement Reference Number (MRN).
- On the Documents sheet, you will find documents received from customs, such as the Export Accompanying Document (EAD).
- Besides the easy mode, the application also offers an advanced mode. You activate this mode to see more sheets and declaration details and you can use it for error handling. You can switch between the two modes using the Easy/Advanced switch in the assistant pane. For details on the advanced mode, please refer to Using the advanced mode of the application.
