Communication with SAP®
SAP® systems that communicate with Compliance Screening use the Good Guy lists that you maintain in Compliance Screening.
Specify in Compliance Screening which Good Guy lists are assigned to a compliance profile.
Then, select the compliance profile in the SAP® system that you wish to apply to a particular check. Checks are subject to the following rules:
- All Good Guy lists saved in the compliance profile will be applied to a check.
- Any Good Guy defined from within SAP® is added to all Good Guy lists in the compliance profile.
- An error will result when you try to create a Good Guy from within an SAP® system and the compliance profile does not have any Good Guy list.
Communication with all host systems
You can configure a batch to avoid that address matches are displayed in Trade Compliance Management if you have already processed them with a Good Guy definition in a host system. Use the Process address matches batch type which screens all address matches that have not yet been processed against the Good Guy lists. The batch will mark as Processed all address matches with addresses that were already defined as Good Guys.
