Sharing Good Guy lists with other clients

A Good Guy list is available only to the client for which you created it.

You can share a Good Guy list with other clients (or copy it to another installation) by exporting it, then importing it under another client.

Proceed as follows to export a Good Guy list:

• You must have either the I_ADMIN or the I_GOODGUYDEF role.
1. Select Compliance Screening – Good Guy lists.
2. Select the Good Guy list, then go to the Export-Import menu and select the Export Good Guy lists command.
   • The File download window opens.
3. Enter the target directory and file name, then click Save.

• Compliance Screening saves the Good Guy list under the specified path.

Proceed as follows to import a Good Guy list:

• You must have either the I_ADMIN or the I_GOODGUYDEF role (in the client into which you want to import the Good Guy list).
1. Log into the client into which you want to import the Good Guy list.
2. Select Compliance Screening – Good Guy lists.
3. Go to the Export-Import menu and select Import Good Guy lists.
   • The File download window opens.
4. In the Import field group, specify whether you wish to import a new list or overwrite an existing list. Then click the Start import button.
   • The Import file window opens.
5. Select the file you wish to import, then click Import file.

• The file import begins. Compliance Screening reports the results of the import.

• Don’t forget to add the new Good Guy list to your compliance profile. Otherwise, it will be ignored by Compliance Screening!
