Recording the renewal of a license

You can renew current licenses.

Proceed as follows:

1. Go to License Management − Licenses and open a license.
2. If the status is Active: Go to the Status menu and select Reset 'Active', then enter a comment.
   • The license status changes to Inactive, and the write protection of the fields is lifted.
3. Set the Valid to date to the new expiration date.
4. If you wish to (re)set the license to Active: Click on Activate license in the Assistant pane and enter another comment.

• The license (once again) has the status of Active, and the fields are write-protected.
