The Help Center is your central access point for questions about AEB products and services. Read on to get an overview of the possibilities the AEB Help Center offers.
Creating an AEB account
For some self-services, you need an AEB account, for example to manage your support requests, set up email subscriptions, or participate in the community.
How to create an AEB account:
- Click Sign in at the top right of the Help Center.
- Click Create now.
- Enter your data and confirm the data protection condition
- Click Create account.
- You will receive an email from AEB with a link to complete your registration. The link remains valid for 15 minutes. (Didn't receive an email or link expired?)
- Click on the confirmation link.
- Your AEB account has been created.
Email subscription
Subscribe to relevant sections or individual articles to be informed directly of news and changes.
Click the Subscribe button at the top right. An AEB account is required to use and manage this feature.
The button changes to Unsubscribe. You can use it to end your subscription at any time.
- To view and manage all sections and articles you have subscribed to click on your name – My activities – Following.
- Ensure that at least one person and one substitute from your company follow the relevant product sections and the following sections:
Getting help
- Enter your question into the search bar in the Help Center and you will be shown a list of helpful articles. Alternatively, you can access individual products and solutions to obtain more information about your application.
- You can submit a request to the AEB Support directly in the Help Center via the blue link. You do not need to register to do this. However, if you create an AEB account, you can use it as a central portal to keep an overview of of your support request and for communication.
Please note: If you want to give a response regarding your request, always use the last email you received from the AEB Support regarding this request. Or use the request management in the AEB Help Center.
