Searching for archived log entries that are no longer in the database

Proceed as follows:

• You must first order archiving and have it set up on your system.
1. Go to Archive − Logs.
   • The archive opens in a new window.
2. Open the record of your choice.
   • When you open a log entry, Archive record in the title bar indicates to you that this is an archived entry.

• If your archive was split due to too much data, you will find only logs archived after a certain date under Archive − Logs (see title bar).
  If you are also looking for logs with an older archiving date, click Research older data and also perform your search on the separate sheet that opens as a result.
