Customs may require proof of the addresses you have screened. This includes:
- A list of addresses that you have screened but didn’t result in any address matches.
- Evidence that you have screened a particular business partner and at what intervals you have done the screening.
Proceed as follows to create a list of screened addresses without address matches.
- In your compliance profile, the option is enabled that non-matches are logged in a file.
- Select Compliance Screening − Logs.
- Filter by the “Address check” log type, result: “No match”.
- Open the log entry of your choice, then switch to the Download sheet.
- Click the Download button.
- The result file is downloaded as a CSV file that you can open with Microsoft Excel, for example. There, you can also filter by a specific business partner, for example, to provide proofs.
Proceed as follows to prove that you have screened a specific business partner:
- In your compliance profile, the option is enabled that non-matches are logged in a file.
- Select Compliance Screening − Logs.
- Select the Non-matches – Search in files menu.
- Specify the desired data and enter the name of the business partner in the Search term field.
- For performance reasons, the search period may not exceed 31 days.
This period may also be in the past.
- The system displays an overview of all checks performed for this business partner during this period.
- For performance reasons, the search period may not exceed 31 days.
- If you have a connection to the archive, you can also search your non-match files in the archive.
To do this, select the Archive – Logs entry from the office, click the Search non-match files button and enter the desired information.
