Duplicating export declarations

You can duplicate or copy existing export declarations. Most of the data of the original export declaration is copied to the duplicate. The declaration date of the copied export declaration is filled with the current date and time. The following reference numbers are not copied, for example:

• LRN (new value)
• Reference no.
• MRN

Proceed as follows:

1. From the Export declarations (XX) overview, select an export declaration, go to the Export declaration menu, and click on Duplicate.
2. Confirm the prompt.

The copy of the export declaration appears as a new export declaration with the status of New. The declaration date is filled with the current date and time. Other data is copied from the original export declaration.

1. Check the existing data and make any necessary changes.
2. Follow the prompts of the Assistant to enter the remaining data.
