When a messaging route is selected in a declaration, the company specified as the declarant needs to be configured to use that route. This information is shown in the participant settings.
To check which participant settings have been configured for a company, follow the instructions below:
- In the Office, under User Administration, select Clients.
- Click Clients, then select the required client and click Open.
- Select the Customs processes tab.
- Go to the Customs system participant settings section.
- The list of participant settings shows the route that is configured, under Customs system, and the specific company which those settings apply to, under the Settings for column.
