When a declaration is complete, it is copied to the archive. It will remain on the live system for a short time and will then be removed from the live system and only be available via the archive.
- Only users with the role of I_CLIENTADMIN can restore declarations from the archive.
To restore an archived declaration, follow the steps below:
- From the Office menu, open the appropriate declaration overview.
- From the Archive menu, select Restore from archive.
- Select the required Storage key type (e.g. LRN) and enter the Reference numbers to be searched for, then click OK.
