How do I Link an Item to a House Consignment on an NCTS5 BE Transit Declaration?

All items must be linked to a house consignment on an NCTS5 transit declaration. To assign an item(s) to a house consignment follow the steps below:

• From the Items tab, locate the House consignments section.
• Click New (or select and open an existing house consignment).
• Enter the details as necessary.
• Click the Assign items... button.
  
• Select the item(s) to be added to the house consignment and click OK.
• The items will then be listed against the house consignment.
• The Gross weight field of the house consignment will be updated if any items have a gross weight entered, however the gross weight may need to be entered manually if not all items have a gross weight.
  
• Click Close.
• The new, or updated, house consignment listed on the Items tab, will then display the number of items assigned.
