How to Convert Transit Declaration Templates from NCTS4 to NCTS5 – AEB Help Center

To convert transit declaration templates to be compatible with NCTS5 follow the steps below.

From the Office menu, select Master data and then Templates. Select Trans. arrival templates (for arrival templates) or Trans. dep. templates (for departure templates).
From the Transit departure templates menu (or the Transit arrival templates menu), select Template conversion.
A new screen will appear. If not already shown, select "Transit BE: NCTS4 -> NCTS5" from the Conversion drop-down menu. The new templates will have the prefix of NCTS5_ when created.
Click the Convert button to start the process.
