The Location of goods section of the transit declaration relates to where the goods will depart from, and what type of location they depart from. The Location of goods section is found on the Customs details tab of the transit departure declaration.
NCTS5 requires a Qualifier to be added for the location. The Qualifier is the means you will use to provide the exact locations, such as Address, UN/LOCODE etc. For NCTS5 the following country specific location of goods Types and Qualifier are permitted.
UK Specific
HMRC permit the following location Type and Qualifier combinations:
NL Specific
For NCTS5 (DVA) the following location of goods Types and Qualifier are permitted:

For these location types, the Postal code field of the Address data group needs to be completed.
