AEB charges for the use of Customs Management on a monthly basis.
The following information will be shown on your invoice:
- Your agreed tariff with a basic monthly fee: Basic, Business or Enterprise.
- The billing period of the invoice.
- The total amount of transactions included in the tariff in the billing year. Please note that the usage year differs from the calendar year. The billing year is also shown on your invoice.
- The amount of transactions within the billed month.
- If your annual number of declarations exceeds the number included in your agreed tariff, you will be charged per additional declaration at the rate advised on your initial quotation and invoice.
- A fee may be charged if, for example, the average number of items per declaration is greater than 10, or if additional services have been ordered.
- Information on the invoice layout can be found here.
Adjusting your Commercial Package
If you are not on the optimal tariff, an amendment/variation to your package may be an option. Please note the regulations in the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of AEB.
It is possible to include additional business units of your company with separate applications in your agreement. AEB will then bill only one invoice recipient. General conditions (including data protection) must be observed. If necessary, contact your account manager or Customer Care.
Invoice Queries
Contact us using the online form to:
- Inform us that your company address, or the contact details of the invoice recipient, have changed.
- Request that invoices are sent via email, rather than postal delivery.
- Request a copy of an invoice.
- Advise us that an invoice has been paid.
- Raise other requests/queries.
Reviewing Declaration Totals within the Application
The number of declarations within a certain time period can be viewed within the Customs Management application.
Note: The number of declarations listed on an invoice may vary slightly from a date criteria search within the application due to the transmission time of the declarations and the time the invoice data is generated.
To check the declaration count, for a set time period, follow the instructions below:
- From the Customs menu, select the relevant country and declaration type.
- From the overview, click on the Declaration date filter. If the Declaration date filter is not shown, click Add filter and select it.
- Click the pencil icon, and the Date range window will be displayed.
- Enter relative or fixed date criteria and click OK.
- The date criteria will be transferred to the search box. Click Apply and search to see the results in the overview.
