How do I mark a declaration as an Exit Summary (EXS) declaration?

For a DELTA IE export declaration there is an EXS checkbox to indicate if the declaration is to be used as an EXS (Exit Summary) declaration.

The EXS checkbox must be ticked for 'EX' declaration types.

This value can be populated via a template if required.
