Open your account via the icon with your initials in the top right-hand corner to see who is the tenant admin for your account.

You become a tenant admin when your AEB account is assigned the role of tenant admin.
How do I create an additional tenant admin?
Each tenant requires a tenant admin. You can therefore only replace the initially assigned tenant admin after you have created a new one.

First, check who is listed as the tenant admin for your tenant.
How can I find out who my tenant admin is?
If there is only one person in your tenant with tenant admin rights and that person is absent, you will need another tenant admin to remain operational and, for example, continue to manage AEB accounts . Our support team can set up an AEB account with tenant admin rights for another person in your company by restarting the tenant verification process.
Simply submit a support ticket for this.
- Ensure that your company is prepared for a substitution case by making sure that at least two people from your company have the role of tenant admin.

Where can I find data for my tenant?
Tenant admins can use access management in the AEB Home to find their tenant and configure the settings.
The following features are currently available:
- View tenant dashboard with all relevant information (client of tenant, tenant ID, etc.)
- Create new AEB accounts in the associated tenant
- Manage existing AEB accounts
- Add additional tenant admins
