Tenant

The tenant is an administrative unit at AEB that makes it possible to manage all systems and the associated user accounts individually. All AEB products and services that a customer uses are stored in an assigned tenant and can be managed there through the tenant admin interface.

Companies that use AEB’s SaaS products and online services are using AEB Cloud resources and services that are collectively available. They rent the option to have some of these resources and services made available for their work and to store data in the AEB Cloud. Because this data does not reside on one particular physical server, it is assigned to specific tenants. Each tenant’s data is separated from the data of other tenants to ensure data security and protection for all tenants. A tenant admin can manage the tenant assigned to them.
