- Only tenant admins have access to access management of AEB accounts.
Under access management you can manage the personal data for the accounts assigned to your tenant and make any necessary changes.
Changing personal data
Reset password
As a tenant admin, you have the ability to reset the password of someone else’s AEB account.
- Please log in with your AEB account credentials to AEB Home.
- In the Administration section, click Manage logins to open the access management for AEB accounts.
- Under Accounts, click on the email address of the account for which you want to reset the password.
- Click the left-turning arrow to reset the password.
- The person to whom the AEB account is assigned will receive an email with a link to change the password. This link remains valid for 15 minutes. (Link expired or not received?)
Edit first and last name
- Log in with your AEB account at the AEB Home.
- In the Administration section, click Manage logins to open the access management for AEB accounts.
- Under Accounts, click on the email address of the account for which you want to make changes.
- Click the pencil icon to edit the first or last name.
- Click Save.
- The changes to your first and last name have now been saved.
Edit email address
It is not currently possible to change the email address initially associated with an AEB account. We’ll let you know when this feature becomes available.
Changing the account language
The language in the AEB Home and access management is based on the individual browser settings. As a tenant admin, you can also set whether AEB communicates with a person by email in German or English.
- Log in with your AEB account at the AEB Home.
- In the Administration section, click Manage logins to open the access management for AEB accounts.
- Under Accounts, click on the email address of the account for which you want to make changes.
- Click the pencil icon to edit the language setting.
- Click Save.
- The language setting is saved.
