SFTP servers in the AEB Cloud Replacing IP addresses with new hostnames

This article is relevant for you if you use SFTP to transfer files to the AEB Cloud. Your IT administrator can check whether this is the case with the help of firewall logs by searching for access to the IP addresses listed below. To ensure that the AEB Cloud services are available as permanently as possible, your system administrator should use the following hostnames instead of the current IP addresses to access the AEB Cloud SFTP servers from now on:

• prod01.sftp.app.aeb.com (previous IP: 194.175.186.10)
• prod02.sftp.app.aeb.com (previous IP: 194,175,186,135)

AEB recommends changing the above IPs in the calling SFTP clients (this can be a pre-system, a script or similar) to the corresponding URL. To ensure that your connections are affected as little as possible when switching to another AEB data center, for example, please note AEB's recommendation regarding IP subnetworks from this Help Center article.
