By subscribing to the Changes & Updates section, you will also stay up to date with release planning. If you do not yet have an AEB account, click Create now in the new registration window that opens. Enter your name and email address and assign a password. The installation of the current service pack/release is a basic prerequisite for the use of services and support according to the General Terms and Conditions for Support.
We recommend installing service packs as soon as possible.

Notes on the download
- Go to Documentation & Downloads.
- After logging in, open AEB Download Center.
- Select Origin & Preferences.
- Now you will be shown all available download options for Origin & Preferences.
- Download the Origin & Preferences Service Pack.

New service pack: Important update in data service EU
The new Origin & Preferences version is available for you to download. Our content provider has made available an update on General Tolerance, mainly in the revised Regional Convention.
This affects commodity codes in chapters 1-24 and 50-63. We recommend a recalculation for products in the commodity code ranges mentioned. Rule maintenance is not affected.

The new Origin & Preferences version is available for you to download. This contains the necessary changes in connection with the application of the revised Regional Agreement, including an update of the list rules between CH-JO.
