In this article, we will inform you regularly as soon as the new service pack for AEB's Origin & Preferences is available in the Documentation & Downloads area.
- Subscribe to this article to be proactively informed of new service packages by e-mail. To do this, click Subscribe.
By subscribing to the Changes & Updates section, you will also stay up to date with release planning. If you do not yet have an AEB account, click Create now in the new registration window that opens. Enter your name and email address and assign a password. After you have created an account, confirm the registration via the email in your inbox.
The installation of the current service pack/release is a basic prerequisite for the use of services and support according to the General Terms and Conditions for Support.
We recommend installing service packs as soon as possible.

Notes on the download
- Go to Documentation & Downloads.
- After logging in, open AEB Download Center.
- Select Origin & Preferences.
- Now you will be shown all available download options for Origin & Preferences.
- Download the Origin & Preferences Service Pack.

New Service Pack (EU): Updates for Egypt and WPS
A new version of Origin & Preferences for SAP Add-on version 2.3 has been available for download since September 11, 2026. This includes the latest data on trade agreements:
Please note that this transport can also be imported if the Add-on does not have the latest Feature Pack version (build), as it contains only the data from the agreements.
New service pack: EFTA–Kosovo Free Trade Agreement – data service updated
A new version of Origin & Preferences is now available for download. The data service has been updated accordingly. As this is a new agreement, the Agreement Reform Assistant is not required.

Please note:
If you are using the Add-on for SAP for O&P version 2.3, you need to import new transports. Please inform the responsible SAP administrators.
The transport “03 Origin & Preferences 2.3 - Trade agreements” is available in the AEB Download Center. Please note that this transport can also be imported if the add-on is not on the latest feature pack level (build), as it only contains the agreement data. AEB strongly recommends to always update to the latest version.
