In this article, we will inform you regularly as soon as the new service pack for AEB's Origin & Preferences is available in the download area of the AEB Service Portal.
- Subscribe to this article to be proactively informed of new service packages by e-mail. To do this, click Subscribe.
By subscribing to the Changes & Updates section, you will also stay up to date with release planning.If you do not yet have an AEB account, click Create now in the new registration window that opens. Enter your name and email address and assign a password. After you have created an account, confirm the registration via the email in your inbox.
The installation of the current service pack/release is a basic prerequisite for the use of services and support according to the General Terms and Conditions for Support.
We recommend installing service packs as soon as possible.
What has changed in the current service pack?
A detailed overview of the new features can be found in the Release Notes. You can use filter options there to search for specific content or by publication date, for example.

Notes on the download
- Go to the AEB Service Portal at https://service.aeb.de/en/home/.
- After logging in, click on Downloads.
- Filter by ASSIST4.
- Select Software: Origin & Preferences.
- Now you will be shown all available download options for Origin & Preferences.
- Download the Origin & Preferences Service Pack.

The installation guide can be found in the AEB Service Portal. In the download area, category Software: Origin & Preferences, the Installation Guide Origin & Preferences – Installing service packs is available.
