Update of the agreement designation (MERCOSUR)

In a current technical report on zoll.de, the Central Customs Authority clarifies that the origin MERCOSUR must be stated in the (long-term) supplier's declaration. The mere naming of individual countries therefore does not comply with the current requirements.

At the time of the last release delivery, there was still no clear technical clarification on this.

AEB is currently implementing the new requirement and will provide you with a corresponding adjustment in an upcoming service package. The delivery is scheduled for May 12, 2026 in the evening. Please note that your system will be temporarily unavailable during installation. The change is described in the release notes.

    Instructions

    Automatic update of new certificates

All certificates with the status new are automatically updated to the current agreement designation.

Manual intervention is not required for this.

Resending supplier declarations (LTSD) that have already been requested

If you would like to resend previously requested LTSDs with the current agreement designation to your suppliers as a template, proceed as follows:

    1. open the Proofs from suppliers area
    2. filter on the proofs that were created since May 1, 2026
    3. select the relevant proof
    4. resend these proofs via the context menu with the Send/print function

This will display MERCOSUR in the template instead of the individual countries.

Resending LTSDs that have already been issued to customers

If you would like to resend LTSDs that have already been issued to your customers with the current agreement designation:

    1. open the Issued proofs section.
    2. filter on the proofs that were created since May 1, 2026
    3. select the relevant proof
    4. resend these certificates via the context menu using the Send/print function

This will display MERCOSUR in the LTSDfC instead of the individual countries.
