In this article, we will inform you regularly as soon as the new service pack for AEB's Origin & Preferences has been released.

If you do not yet have an AEB account, click Create now in the new registration window that opens. Enter your name and email address and assign a password. After you have created an account, confirm the registration via the email in your inbox.
What has changed in the current service pack?
A detailed overview of the new features can be found in the Release Notes. You can use filter options there to search for specific content or by publication date, for example.

Notes on the release change
AEB will carry out the installation for you during the scheduled maintenance windows.
The update is first carried out in the test systems and approximately one week later in the production systems.

As part of the scheduled maintenance window, an update of your Origin & Preferences system to the latest version has been planned.
It contains the necessary changes as part of the PEM reform (Regional Convention) for the countries Ukraine and Jordan as well as the full update of the agreement between the EU and Chile. In the 'What’s new' document, you will find a detailed overview of the changes which are available to you from February 3, 2025.
The changes will then be available in your Origin & Preferences system:
