Before creating a guarantee template to use with NCTS5 transit declarations, you must have a mapping table setup. Follow the instructions below to create the mapping table.
- From the Office menu, select Master data > Templates > Mapping tables.
- Select New.
- From the list displayed, select 'Rates of duty for guarantee amount' and click OK.
- Enter 'Set Guarantee Amount' into the Initials field, and then select the Mapping entries tab.
Values can be entered in two ways: via import of a CSV file, or manually.
Adding Data via Import
- To import a CSV file, click the Import button.
- Information regarding the format and requirements of the data will be shown. Note that all existing data will be deleted and replaced by the imported data.
- Click the Upload file button to select the file and then Import to complete the process.
Adding Data Manually
- To add data manually, click the New button to display the entry screen.
- Enter the required data and click OK when done.
- Click the New button again to add more entries, as required.
- When complete, click the Save & close button to save the mapping table.
