PEM rules 2025: Transitional provisions

The Joint Committee of the Regional Convention agreed the transitional provisions on December 12.

At the turn of the year, AEB changed over only the agreements with Albania and Montenegro to the new rules for both the EU and Switzerland, as these two countries did not ratify the transitional provisions at national level in time and must therefore apply the revised rules of the regional agreement.
