Please check in the following settings whether automatic printing of customs documents via the print service is activated.
Option 1: Settings in Customs Management
Check in the AEB Cockpit (transaction /n/AEB/CP) at:
Customs Management – Customizing – Print
- Activate printing – is the setting enabled?
- Connection settings – is a connection stored?
- Print settings – is a rule set for printing?
If your answer to all three questions is “yes”, you are using the print service.
Option 2: Settings in Export Filing: ATLAS
Open the AEB Cockpit (transaction /n/AEB/CP).
- This setting can only be displayed for the old integration to Export Filing: ATLAS.
Is the Export Filing: ATLAS node displayed on the left-hand side below Customs Management? In this case, check which values are maintained in the Customizing sheet in the Print agent settings entry:
- Is automatic printing activated?
- Is a connection stored in the RFC Print Serv. field?
- Is a rule for printing set in the Pr. strat. field?
If your answer to all three questions is “yes”, you are using the print service.
Where is the print service installed?
From the settings described above, you can find out where the print service is installed via the stored RFC connection:
- Customs Management: the connection that is stored under Print – Connection settings
- Export Filing: ATLAS: the connection that is stored in the RFC Print Serv. field
Start the transaction SM59. Search for the RFC connection and open it.
In the menu, select the entry Extras – System information – Target system
Deactivating and replacing the print service
If the automatic printing of customs documents is activated, deactivate this in the corresponding setting. You can then print the customs documents either directly via the AEB application or the monitor of the add-on for SAP®. Alternatively, you can implement printing from SAP® via the BADI /AEB/AES_DOC_01: BAdI to handle synchronized custom documents.
