Information relating to various Customs Management fields and the information they may contain, when using DELTA IE exports, can be found below.

As part of compliance with the EU's UCC requirements, DELTA IE supports the following messages:

The following messages can be sent from the declarant/representative to Customs.

Declaration type
For DELTA IE exports, 'CO' and 'EX' are available to select as Declaration types (EU). The 'EU' declaration type is not valid.
Exports to EFTA countries are to be made using the declaration type of 'EX'.
Exit summary declarations
The EXS checkbox is used to indicate the presence of security information and that the declaration is to be used as an EXS (Exit Summary) declaration. This is mandatory for 'EX' declaration types.
Parties
In a DELTA IE export declaration, the Exporter field is a mandatory requirement.
Consignor is optional for export. This is the party shipping the goods as specified in the contract of carriage by the person ordering the transportation. This must be provided if it is different from the declarant.
Additional supply chain actors information is optional for export. This can be listed to demonstrate that the entire supply chain was covered by the economic operators with AEO status. If this data class is used, the role of additional supply chain actor and identification number of the additional actor must be provided.
Goods location
Goods location information, entered in the Goods location section of the Export declaration tab can have the following combinations of type and qualifier:

Delivery terms
If the Place field is populated, then the Country field must be completed also.
If Incoterm, Place and Country are provided, Place (code) is not required.
The table below gives a Place (code) overview, showing which codes can be entered and which incoterm they cannot be used with.

Containers
If the Containers checkbox, located on the Export declaration tab in the Presentation to customs section is ticked, then the container and seals information must be entered on the Transport tab in the Transport equipment section.
Customs warehouse
Warehouse type, Warehouse ID and Supervising office are required for requested procedure types 76 and 77 and previous procedure types 71, 76 and 77.
Additional information fields
The Additional information field group is available on both header and item level.
One of the following 'Additional information' codes must be declared in each DELTA IE export declaration to declare whether the goods are express or cargo shipments:
- A0010: for former DELTA G cargo freight
- A0020: for former DELTA S express freight
The exit type and exit reason should be reported as additional information as below:

Additional references
If using the additional reference type of '1DEC' it must be declared on head level. This is the customs clearance reference provided by Customs. The reference must correspond to an active DECO-type ROSA relationship. You should contact your local French Customs office for more details.
