Maintaining email distribution lists for logs

When Trade Compliance Management is installed, the following client-neutral email distribution lists are created under Administration – Compliance – E-mail distribution lists (logs) for the automated distribution of logs:

Add additional events here as needed and gradually expand the email distribution lists.
Under Data service import – problem, enter the address of a colleague responsible for administering Trade Compliance Management.

• The I_COMPLIANCEADMIN role is required to maintain email distribution lists for logs.

You can configure an email distribution list for the event All approval events for License Management (see section --- FEHLENDER LINK ---) if necessary. Here you can store the email address of the person responsible for managing licenses.

• The easiest way to create the key email distribution lists for individual clients is with the menu command E-mail distribution list – Create default distributions. Continue by entering the email addresses of the persons in charge.

• If you complete the fields of Client, Compliance profile and/or Partner system in an email distribution list, then the corresponding fields in the compliance log must have exactly the same values before notifications can be sent out.
