Checking billing from the AEB data center

If you’re using EMCS Filing in the AEB data center, AEB generates your billing based on the number of EMCS movements that you have sent to customs in the billing period. The number of items included in these EMCS movements is also taken into account.

Proceed as follows:

1. Open EMCS – Billing (submission) or EMCS – Billing (discharge).
2. Fill in at least the Date of billing from field, then click the Search button.
   • You’ll see a list of EMCS movements that are relevant for billing and have not yet been moved to the archive.

• The Settl. time column shows when AEB billed each EMCS movement.
