AEB account for users

AEB account for tenant admins
The initial tenant admin is created by AEB when setting up the tenant in consultation with your company. The initial tenant admin can then create AEB accounts for additional tenant admins so that others can fill in when the initial tenant admin is absent. (I am a tenant admin. AEB account for using the Community or the Help Center
If you would like to set up an AEB account solely to use the AEB Community or the Help Center, you can create an AEB account yourself on the respective website.
- If you create an AEB account for yourself, it is not assigned to a tenant. This means that you cannot log in to your AEB products using your AEB account, nor can you access them directly via your AEB Home.
- Existing customers will be gradually given access to their AEB products via the AEB account. If your company is already using an AEB product, AEB will proactively assist you in activating your AEB account.
