Go-Live Support
For any support requirements, during normal working hours, the following process should be followed:

- AEB will monitor the mailbox, investigate the issue, and contact you as soon as possible.
- If the matter is a P1 issue, you should call AEB after sending the email, so it can be discussed immediately.
Note: Any issues that result from a problem with the DVA NCTS5 system itself, or that require Dutch customs support, may need to wait until the normal business hours of Dutch customs to receive the required support responses.
