How do I Enter Parties Information?

In an AES export declaration, the field (previously know in PLDA as consignor) will now be known as Exporter, and is a mandatory requirement for AES exports.

New Parties fields have been added:

• Consignor - Optional for export. This is the party shipping the goods as specified in the contract of carriage by the person ordering the transportation. This must be provided if it is different from the declarant.
• Carrier
  
• Additional supply chain actors - Optional for export. This can be listed to demonstrate that the entire supply chain was covered by the economic operators with AEO status. If this data class is used, the role of additional supply chain actor and identification number of the additional actor must be provided.

  • API
  • Template
  • Manually entered in the declaration
