    The overview of upcoming changes in Customs Management has been updated. The following new information is now available.

    • According to the latest information, Belgian Customs is planning a cut-off date changeover for NCTS 5 on 02.12.2024. According to a request from Taxud, all economic operators must have switched to NCTS 5 by this date. A "big bang go-live" without a migration period is planned.

    The overview of upcoming changes in Customs Management has been updated. The following new information concerning new EMCS release for UK is now available.

    • HMRC confirmed that the new EMCS release to move onto the new platform will take place as follows:
      UK EMCS to be taken offline from 12:00 GMT / 13:00 CET on Friday 16 August 2024
      New UK EMCS to come online from 10:00 GMT / 11:00 CET on Monday 19 August 2024
      This makes the revised Live Implementation Date Monday 19 August 2024.

    • Belgian Customs has postponed the end of the migration from PLDA to IDMS from November 30, 2024 to February 05,2025
    • UK Customs has postponed the implementation of the Windsor Framework from September 30, 2024 to March 31, 2025

    • UK Customs has postponed the implementation of the ICS2 from September 30, 2024 to March 31, 2025

    • Austrian customs has postponed the migration from "e-Zoll" to ACCS from November to December 20, 2024. There is no longer a transition period planned, instead a key date migration (big bang) is planned, now.

    • Austrian Customs has changed the key date migration from "e-Zoll" to ACCS on December 20, 2024 to a planned transition period. A migration is now possible in the period from December 15, 2024 to February 11, 2025.
