How to Convert Transit Declaration Templates from NCTS4 to NCTS5 (DVA)

To convert transit declaration templates to be compatible with NCTS5 (DVA) follow the steps below.

• From the Office menu, select Master data and then Templates. Select Trans. arrival templates (for arrival templates) or Trans. dep. templates (for departure templates). 
  
• From the Transit departure templates menu (or the Transit arrival templates menu), select Template conversion.
  
• A new screen will appear. If not already shown, select "Transit NL: NCTS4 -> NCTS5" from the Conversion drop-down menu. The new templates will have the prefix of NCTS5_ when created.
• Click the Convert button to start the process.
