An amount that is insignificant is known as de minimis.
With regard to Imports, many countries currently have a value of goods below which the goods can be imported without the importer having to pay duty (e.g. EU EUR150, UK GBP135, US USD800). This is referred to as de minimis.
These duty exemptions are currently being reviewed in many countries (EU, UK, USA) with a view to them being removed.
