Below are details of the changes made to item level data for DELTA IE exports.

Removed fields

Additional code 2Up to 99 TARIC additional codes can be declared in DELTA IE. These codes can be declared in the Additional code (TARIC) field.
Special tariff arrangementsRemoved from DELTA IE. In DELTA IE this has to be declared as an 'Additional reference document'.
DepartmentRemoved from DELTA IE. In DELTA IE the 'Region of origin' field can be used for CO declarations to fill in the DROM department code.
Container no.Moved to head level under Transport equipment.

Field 'Category' removed in DELTA IE

In addition to 'Type' and 'Reference', the following fields are new in DELTA IE:

  • Item number, Package type, Number of packages, Quantity unit, Amount
Produced documents

The following fields have been removed for item level produced documents in DELTA IE:

  • Date of issue
  • Licences data group: Product reference, Product name, Quantity, Quantity unit, Provisional weight, Provisional weight unit, Amount of imputation, Currency, Net weight

In addition to the 'Produced document type' and 'Produced document reference' the following fields have been introduced for item level produced documents in DELTA IE:

  • Item number, Expiration date, issuing authority, Quantity, Quantity unit, Amount, Amount currency, Complementary info

New data group in DELTA IE:

  • Type, reference number
Additional references

New data group in DELTA IE:

  • Type, reference number
Authorisations

New data group on item level in DELTA IE:

  • Authorisation type, reference number and EORI of the holder of the authorisation
  • Code list for item level authorisations is different to head level code list
Parties

New fields on item level in DELTA IE:

  • Consignee EORI
  • Consignor EORI
Additional supply chain actors

New data group in DELTA IE:

  • Role, Identification number
Additional form data: Entitled to preferenceThis field is used to generate the EUR.1 document and is not sent to Customs.
Additional form data: Preferential originThis field is used to generate the EUR.1 document and is not sent to Customs.
