DELTA IE Exports: Overview of changes

On 14 December 2025 French Customs migrated their DELTA G system to DELTA IE for Export in order to be compliant with the Union Customs Code (UCC), which is put forth by the EU. DELTA IE for Export is based on the EU's AES (Automated Export System) and replaces both the DELTA G and DELTA X systems.

With the go live of 14 December 2025 the following is supported:

• Type A standard declaration as additional declaration type. 
• Ability to:
  • Send, amend and invalidate a standard export declaration
  • Handle any controls initiated by customs or any errors sent back

The following was not available for the 14 December 2025 go-live:

• Support for simplified and pre-lodged declarations
• Declaring the Exit of goods
• Entry In Declarant's Records (EIDR)
• Support for any VAT tax pre-calculations for specific types of goods
