Below are details of the changes made on the Export declaration sheet for DELTA IE exports in Customs Management:
Declaration data
- Decl. type (EU): Value "EU" is no longer permitted in DELTA IE.
- Procedure type: this groups declarations into different categories. The selected procedure type determines the item procedure types that are permitted and the data that needs to be provided for the selected category.
- EXS: checkbox to indicate the presence of security information. Mandatory for EX declaration types.
Parties
Introduction of the following additional parties:
- Representative
- Consignor
- Carrier
- Additional Supply Chain Actors
Presentation to customs
Introduction of:
- Presentation date
- Presentation office
Goods location
New fields to declare the location of goods with a location type and qualifier. The following combinations are permitted:

Transport data
All fields related to transport data have been moved to a new 'Transport' sheet and additional fields have been introduced with DELTA IE. See DELTA IE Exports: New Transport data sheet for further details.
Removed fields
The following fields on the export declaration sheet have been removed or replaced by another field:
