Supplementing Companies master data with UK-specific data

For companies that appear more than once as business partners in licenses, you can define the end-user type and sector in the Companies master data. That way, you do not need to repeatedly enter this information in the licenses.

Proceed as follows:

1. Go to Master data – companies and open a company.
2. Switch to the Roles sheet.
3. Assign the company the role of Export partner if it does not already have this role.
   • The Export partner sheet appears.
4. Switch to the Export partner sheet.
5. Complete the fields in the UK-specific data field group.
6. Click Save & close to close the record.
