Logging and sending emails

Risk Assessment logs the creation, modification, and deletion of the following objects:

• Question
• Questionnaire template
• Result status
• Partner role (Risk Assessment)

The completion of a questionnaire is also logged. A distinction is made between a critical and a non-critical result. Likewise, it is logged when you delete a questionnaire or set it to “Invalid”.

The creation, modification, and deletion of country groups is also logged.

• The country group logs can be found from the Office under Administration − Compliance − Logs. The other logs are found under Risk Assessment − Logs.

You can be notified by email about critical and/or non-critical results when a questionnaire is completed.

• For sending emails, you set up email distribution lists for logs.
