|UPS account number for the consignee is missing for chargeable shipments.||In the Shipping options sheet of the shipping order, under Freight Payer or Customs Debtor, enter the UPS account number of the freight or customs payer.|
| The TNT Express label cannot be printed. The following message appears: "The following errors occurred: Error while calling https://express.tnt.com/expresslabel

|The error states that TNT's server is unreachable. Carrier Connect calls the TNT Express web service. This returns no result, hence the HTTP error 404.||
If the "TNT Express Address Label" has been configured in your Carrier Connect application for TNT, this will be printed – if the TNT server is not reachable. You can recognize this by the fact that no barcode is printed for routing. In the carrier configuration, add the "TNT Express Address Label" in the Documents sheet.
|The GLS label cannot be printed. The following message appears: "Error from GLS UniBox. Package: XYZ Error number E999 Error: no connection to the server - Description: No details available for error number."||This message is displayed because the GLS box is not reachable. When printing the GLS label, data is sent to a GLS box for validation. Since there is a connection problem, no data for label printing is returned, but this message.||Please wait a few minutes and try to print the label again. Inform GLS about the connection problems.|
|FedEx Error Code 1000 - General Failure||The "Error code 1000" indicates connection problems. Printing the FedEx label or EDI creation can trigger the message. Since there is a connection problem to the server at FedEx, no validation or upload can take place.||Please wait a few minutes and try to repeat the EDI. Inform FedEx about the connection problems.|
|You get the following message when completing a DHL pickup: Repeat EDI transmission An error occurred during transmission of the EDI message: "Pickup EDI 00xyz: Could not connect to SFTP server ftp3.dhl.com:22: connection is closed by foreign host"||The EDI could not be uploaded due to connection problems to the DHL server. This means that the EDI was sent, but the destination server was not reachable.||Please wait a few minutes and try to repeat the EDI. Inform DHL about the connection problems.|
