The error states that TNT's server is unreachable. Carrier Connect calls the TNT Express web service. This returns no result, hence the HTTP error 404. |
If the "TNT Express Address Label" has been configured in your Carrier Connect application for TNT, this will be printed – if the TNT server is not reachable. You can recognize this by the fact that no barcode is printed for routing. In the carrier configuration, add the "TNT Express Address Label" in the Documents sheet. |
The GLS label cannot be printed. The following message appears: "Error from GLS UniBox. Package: XYZ Error number E999 Error: no connection to the server - Description: No details available for error number." | This message is displayed because the GLS box is not reachable. When printing the GLS label, data is sent to a GLS box for validation.
