If one or more documents in your Compliance Monitor have the status “Technical error (A)”, then a communication error with another technical program component has occurred.
Proceed as follows:
- Select the affected entries.
- Click Recheck.
- The status is determined again and may change.
- Alternatively, run a batch job for compliance screening of the corresponding business object (e.g. for deliveries) with selection by “A - Technical error” status.
- If the status does not change, the problem continues to exist.
